How often should our home be checked while we are not there?Most people find that a weekly inspection can keep small problems from becoming too bad. Will you check both the inside and outside? Yes, to be effective, both the inside and outside of the property should be inspected. Will you monitor our service companies like the pool service company and the lawn service? Yes, I will keep an eye on the overall condition of the property. If a service company is not doing their job, I'll let you know.  Yes, if you need something, Ican most likely take care of it. Can you provide referrals for work we may need on the property? Yes, I've been here for 24 years. I know who does good work and who does not. What should we do before leaving our home for an extended amount of time? I'll give you a checklist for things you can do to limit problems. |
